Experienced Baristas

We are searching for an experienced, friendly, motivated and enthusiastic baristas to join our growing team. We need friendly, motivated people who have a:

  •  Great work ethic and superior customer service skills
  •  Passion for food and coffee!
  •  An ability to work fast but accurately with an ability to multi-task

Job duties will include crafting espresso beverages, smoothies, juices, and basic knowledge of a POS cash register. Additional job description entails cleaning / stocking, etc.

Expediters & Food Running Team

Our food runners need to be able to help people  line up, answer questions about the menu and order food accurately in a fun yet efficient manner. Our expediters need to locate the drink order and food order based on a number system and ensure they get to happy customers quickly, as well do a little crowd control / mood management for the hungry crowd.

Offsite Kitchen Prep Team

Our food prep team will help with meal prep, packaging and delivering prepped meals while keeping our prep kitchen sparkly clean. Food Safe certification/Manipulation Papers an asset.

We are looking to hire a dynamic individual with the following qualities:

  • Casual and/or quick-service/line cook experience
  • Have a solid grasp on kitchen operations
  • Be able to work fast but accurately
  • Have a great attitude, enthusiasm and passion for the industry
  • Have high levels of food quality, hygiene and restaurant standards.

Cook Team

Our cooks will work onsite in the cafe to prepare our yummy menu items and should have some high volume cooking experience, an excellent knowledge of safe food practices with good communication and team skills. Only experienced people will be considered for this position.

Shift Manager

We need a bi-lingual (spanish/english), experienced, motivated, energetic and personable shift manager for our daily operation. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an General Restaurant Manager in a high volume environment.

As part of our management team, they will help oversee all aspects of the cafe’s daily operation including kitchen, seating, counter, ordering and inventory and employee staffing.  They would aid in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members.

  • Understand the hospitality industry and works to ensure the restaurant’s success and growth of the brand reputation
  • Comfortable being in a leadership role and motivating others while at the same time be willing to jump in and assist where needed
  • Must be a driven, self-starter who likes to set and achieve goals
  • Is organized and can handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Have great people skills and the ability to train and motivate others
